We offer attractive remuneration packages:

  • Salary range: $150,906 to $159,677 p.a. (AO8)
  • 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
  • 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
  • Additional options may be available

About your opportunity

As the Director of Staff Engagement and Cultural Transformation, you will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive cultural transformation strategy for Townsville Hospital and Health Services.

Requirements:

Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration

  • Tertiary qualification in organisational development, human resource management, organisational behaviour, psychology, or related fields is highly desirable.
  • Advanced studies in leadership, change management, or organisational behaviour are highly valued.
  • A relevant master's qualification is desirable.
  • Experience with Human Synergistics Frameworks is beneficial, given their use within the organisation.
  • Proven ability to design, lead, and implement cultural change strategies in large, complex organisations, preferably in healthcare, with a focus on transformative outcomes.
  • Success in developing staff engagement strategies, coaching, and mentoring frameworks that improve morale, retention, and performance.
  • Senior leadership experience with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders, including preparing board papers and engaging with senior management.
