ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

We're looking for passionate Retail Sales Assistants (Stylists) to join our brand-new Sorrento team as we expand into exciting new retail locations.

As a Stylist, you'll be the face of the brand - offering personalised styling advice, building lasting customer relationships, and contributing to a supportive, energetic team.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Delivering warm, personalised styling advice and service

  • Driving sales through passionate and knowledgeable floor service

  • Maintaining visual merchandising standards and an immaculate store presentation

  • Organising the stockroom and retrieving stock from heights (ladder use required)

  • Assisting with daily admin, store cleaning, and operational support

  • Representing Yarra Trail and Brand Collective with pride and professionalism

ABOUT YOU

  • Enthusiastic about creating authentic, meaningful customer experiences

  • Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential

  • Comfortable with styling, lifting up to 10kg, and using ladders

  • Flexible with your availability to suit business needs

  • Great communicator and team player with strong organisational skills

  • Passionate about fashion and empowering customers to feel confident and natural
