This is a 50/50 office and on-road position.

Proactively buildand expanding client relationships - providing exceptional service.

Work to a regular call cycle, meeting and exceedingKPI's and targets.

Identify,close and onboardnew business opportunities.

Conduct site visits to accurately quote new opportunities.

Be an effective communicator - theconduit between cleaning teams andclients.

Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure standards are maintained.

Interviewing potential new cleaning teams.

Be the voice of the customer- providing essential feedback to the Managing Director to help shape the future direction of the business.

This role will require frequent travel.

The latesttools of the trade,laptop, iPhone and generous car allowance.

A central office location (Yeerongpilly) with onsite free parking.

A bonus incentive plan that recognises and rewards high performance.

The OTE for this role is between $115K - $120K which consists of a base salary, superannuation, car allowance and uncapped bonuses.

Experience within the same industry preferred but not essential.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in MicrosoftWord and Excel.

A commitment to getting things done in the right way.

Strong time management skills with the ability to work autonomously as required.
