Our fashion client now has an exciting opportunity for a people focussed, dynamic Area Manager based in Brisbane, Queensland to join their successful team.

The Area Manager will be responsible for providing a "hands-on" management style across Queensland, working closely with the Head of Retail to achieve company KPI's, maximise sales, profit and productivity.

Key Criteria:

  • A demonstrated ability to achieve sales and profit results through leading, motivating and developing the team
  • Must have previous multi-site experience
  • Sales-driven with fashion retail experience highly regarded
  • Experience within a fast-paced organisation
  • A team player who leads by example
