Your day in the life of a Lion Finance team

We are looking for a motivated individual for the role ofFinance Analyst – On Premise. This role is in Commercial On Premise team, reporting to our Sales Finance Manager, and will be based in York St, Sydney which has Lions on-site bar.

This role requires a high level of business partnering to the On-Premise Sales team to execute our Pourage Rights agreements. You will contribute to help create a vibrant culture in Finance, while continuously coaching our business partners on key processes around our Pourage Right agreements.

  • Support on Business Partner queries through ticket resolution system
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of contract set up and closure in SAP
  • Conduct analysis on rebates, pricing analysis, accrual balances
  • Ensure timely, accurate and insightful management of the P&L and Balance Sheet
  • Identify risks and opportunities that are material at a BU level to commercial performance
  • Present complex information in simple format
  • Business partner to On-Premise sales field team

To be successful you will bring

  • Preferably tertiary qualification in finance, business or equivalent
  • Previous experience within commercial finance preferably from FMCG
  • Established user of excel to analyse and model large sets of data
  • Experience in finance planning and reporting
  • Advanced attention to detail with strong analytical skills
  • Confident communication with the ability to communicate financials at a non-technical level
  • Customer focusses mindset and ability to build trusting relationship
