Overview

Location: Sydney, NSW, AU (North Ryde Head Office based with hybrid working)

Role: Commercial Analyst focused on supporting the independents/ commercial finance function with insights and analysis to drive performance.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver commercial analysis and insights to support decision-making across product families and channels
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to evaluate performance, pricing and promotional investments
  • Lead and facilitate planning, forecasting and reporting processes
  • Develop financial models, business cases and Tableau dashboards to support growth initiatives
  • Collaborate across functions to improve systems, processes and reporting
About You
  • Tertiary qualification in Commerce or Economics (CA/CPA desirable)
  • 3–5 years' experience in FMCG/Retail, ideally in Commercial Finance or Analytics
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills; Tableau and SAP/BW experience highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement
