Who We Are

BravoFit is the Australia franchisee of Planet Fitness (NYSE), the leading global brand in fitness centers with over 2,700 clubs worldwide. We are on a mission to impact the lives of 1 million Australians through fun and affordable fitness. What Makes a Bravo-Fit

We aim to create a positive impact by offering a high-value, low-cost fitness model. Planet Fitness is known as the Judgement Free Zone, providing a clean, comfortable, and non-intimidating environment. We cater mainly to first-time gym-goers and focus on general fitness, celebrating everyone's fitness journey. We are not a gym for powerlifting or bodybuilding; we are Planet Fitness.

Remit

  • Greeting and farewell to members and guests
  • Monitoring club access
  • Handling inquiries and complaints
  • Explaining the Judgement Free Zone
  • Answering phone inquiries and taking messages
  • Giving club tours
  • Selling memberships and entering data
  • Operating POS system and managing accounts
  • Scheduling PE sessions
  • Maintaining the front desk
  • Member welcome calls
  • Daily cleaning and club walk-arounds
  • Club housekeeping and restocking
  • Starting and closing procedures
  • Supporting new team members
  • Maintaining the Black Card Spa

Experience/Qualifications

  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Certificate III in Fitness
  • Current First Aid and CPR certifications
  • Working with Children (WWC) certificate
  • Police check within the last 12 months
