BravoFit is the Australia franchisee of Planet Fitness (NYSE), a leading global fitness brand with over 2,700 clubs worldwide. As Planet Fitness, we are the home of the Judgement Free Zone, offering a clean, comfortable, and non-intimidating environment for all, especially first-time gym-goers. We celebrate everyone's fitness journey and are not focused on powerlifting or bodybuilding.

Remit

  • Greeting and farewell to members and guests
  • Monitoring club access
  • Handling questions and complaints
  • Explaining the Judgement Free Zone
  • Answering calls and taking messages
  • Giving club tours
  • Selling memberships and managing the database
  • Operating POS system and collecting balances
  • Scheduling PE sessions
  • Maintaining the front desk and club cleanliness
  • Completing daily procedures and walk-arounds
  • Assisting with housekeeping and restocking
  • Supporting new team members
  • Performing maintenance on Black Card Spa

Experience/Qualifications

  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Certificate 3 in Fitness
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Working with Children (WWC) certificate for NSW & VIC or Blue Card for QLD
  • Recent National Police Check (within 12 months)
