Remit

  • Greeting and farewell to members and guests
  • Monitoring club access
  • Handling questions and complaints
  • Explaining the Judgement Free Zone
  • Answering calls and taking messages
  • Conducting club tours
  • Selling memberships and data entry
  • Operating POS system and collecting balances
  • Scheduling PE sessions
  • Managing front desk and cleaning zones
  • Club walk-arounds and restocking
  • Performing start/end procedures
  • Supporting new team members
  • Maintaining Black Card Spa

Experience/Qualifications

  • Customer service experience is advantageous
  • Certificate 3 in Fitness is a plus
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain
  • Working with Children (WWC) certificate/number for NSW & VIC, Blue Card for QLD
  • Recent National Police Check (within 12 months)
