HVAC/Refrigeration Mechanics | FIFO 8:6 | Pilbara

We are looking for experienced HVAC/Refrigeration Mechanics for full-time FIFO roles across mine sites in the Pilbara region (8:6 roster ex Perth).

We're seeking reliable, safety-focused professionals with strong technical skills who can work both independently and as part of a team.

Essential Requirements:

  • Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Licence
  • Restricted Electrical Licence
  • First Aid, CPR & Live LV Panel certificates
  • Experience with Package Units
  • WA C-Class Driver's Licence (no exemptions)
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical & D&A screening

Highly Desirable:

  • RTIO Inductions (PRH Essentials for Site, Lock Holder, Personal Isolation, EWC, Arc Flash & LVR)
  • White Card
  • High-Risk Licences: Working at Heights, Confined Space, EWP

  • Strong work ethic with a safety-first mindset
  • Comfortable working in extreme environments
  • Based in WA with full Australian working rights
