You'll be part of establishing the brand new team conducting Village & Accommodation Maintenance at our latest addition to the portfolio - Rio Hope Downs 1.
You'll have a permanent room and a back to back team member.
There are two positions available and the ideal applicant will be able to commence the recruitment process now, for a mid August start date.
$106,696 Gross Per Year + Allowances +$12,625 Super THE POSITION Establishing this Rio site as part of the DeltaFM portfolio, joining our Crew A team.Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring continuity of essential Building and Engineering services in a complex environmentPlanned & preventative maintenance, attending and assessing breakdowns, cleaning, fault finding of Commercial and residential HVAC and refrigeration unitsWorking in remote Accommodation Villages including Temporary and Permanent Housing, Commercial Kitchens, Dining Rooms, Laundry, Office Buildings etc.Additional Allowances available such as On Call Allowance, 3 Hour Min call out at penalty rates when required, Nominee Allowance, Leading Hand, Dual Trade Allowance if applicable THE PERSON Full ARCTICK Licence & WA Restricted Electrical LicenceCurrent CPR + LVR &Police Check within 12 monthsC Class Australian Drivers Licence, White CardRio Inductions, First Aid, 4WD Unsealed Roads (Compass will arrange paid training if you do not already have)Pass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol ScreeningAble to FIFO from Perth Airport & available for long-term ongoing rostersTHE BENEFITSFamily friendly roster of 14&14 Days OnlyGenerous25 Days of AnnualFortnightly Pay with Above Award WagesFull PPE, Inductions, Flights, Accommodation and Chef-made Meals providedAccess to a wide variety of training & career development to support your workplace goalsSalary packaging; Want to increase your take home pay?
