About the Company
Platinum Pacific Partners are exclusively partnering with a boutique investment manager with a distinguished and revered name in the market. As asset allocation specialists, they are focused on delivering high quality, risk aware, global multi-asset portfolios driven by their own proprietary research.
As part of their continued growth, we're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Associate to support their client communications, events, and reporting suite. You'll be joining a dynamic and growing business at a pivotal time who pride themselves on their strong culture, entrepreneurial mindset and deep industry relationships. This role offers significant exposure to the investment and distribution side of the business, and a clear path to expand your remit over time.
Role Overview
You'll play a central role in delivering a high-quality client experience and supporting marketing initiatives across the business. Working closely with the team and external partners, you'll help coordinate and execute a range of initiatives - from managing client reporting and communications to running key events and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communications & Reporting
- Manage the end-to-end process for delivering the monthly and quarterly client reporting suite across the portfolios
- Coordinate the production and distribution of newsletters, portfolio updates and client updates
Events & Campaigns
- Support the planning and execution of adviser events, roundtables and webinars
- Liaise with venues, speakers, and suppliers to ensure high-quality experiences
- Assist in the development of supporting materials (presentations, invites, handouts)
Marketing Operations & Sales Support
- Maintain and update key collateral including pitch decks, fact sheets, and brochures
- Help manage and improve email distribution workflows
- Provide general support to the Sales team on client communications and admin where needed
What We're Looking For
This is an ideal role for someone who's eager to learn, take ownership, grow with the business and brings:
- Tertiary qualification (preferably in Finance / Commerce / Business/ Economics /Accounting)
- 1–3 years' experience within the finance industry
- Proven experience in a marketing, events, communications, or sales support / client service role (ideally within financial services or asset management) is advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in across a growing team
