We're looking for a reliable, organised and proactive Warehouse & Inventory Clerk to support our Operations & Maintenance team in NSW.
This is a permanent, full-time and onsite role, working from our Minto office location.
Based at our Minto warehouse, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our operations running efficiently by ensuring technicians have the materials and equipment they need — when and where they need them. This is a hands-on, structured role that requires accuracy, care, and a strong safety mindset.
What you'll be doing
- Receiving, unpacking and verifying deliveries.
- Recording, labelling and storing parts, spares and consumables.
- Managing inventory systems and replenishing stock.
- Preparing and dispatching equipment to the field.
- Conducting regular stock counts and audits.
- Supporting safe warehouse operations and field delivery logistics.
- Collaborating with Maintenance Technicians and Project Engineers to meet demand.
- Maintaining warehouse cleanliness, safety and compliance standards.
You'll thrive in this role if you are
- Methodical and detail focused.
- Clear and practical in your communication.
- Customer-minded – supporting those who rely on you in the field.
- Responsible and self-driven with strong follow-through.
- Comfortable following defined procedures and identifying improvements.
- Physically capable of manual handling and working in varied temperatures.
What you'll need
- 2+ years' experience in warehouse or inventory control
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (esp. Excel) and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP ByDesign preferred)
- Current Forklift License (LF)
- Full, valid Australian Driver's License
- Ability to pass pre-employment checks including driver history, criminal record, and medical.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision and wants to be part of a purpose-driven organisation making roads safer through technology.
Apply today and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly through smart, accurate inventory control.
We value the unique backgrounds, experiences, and contributions that each person brings to our community and encourage and celebrate diversity. First Nations people, those identifying as LGBTQIA+, females, people of all ages, with disabilities and culturally and linguistically diverse people are encouraged to apply. Our aim is to create a workforce that reflects the community in which we live.

- Do What's Right. We champion integrity and good character. Our team members model ethical behavior, demonstrate good judgment and are courageous.
- Lead with Grace. We express humility and compassion, and we are authentic and candid. Our employees demonstrate self-awareness, care for others, instill trust, and communicate effectively.
- Win Together. We believe in growing and inspiring people together. We seek people who collaborate, value differences, think and act globally, foster an engaging work environment, and recognize and develop others.
With your explicit consent which you provided as part of the application process, we will retain candidate personal data solely for the business purpose for which it was collected. In no event will we retain such data more than two (2) years following the closure of the recruitment process relating to the role for which you applied or in the event other related job opportunities arise within the company.
