The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Test Engineering Manager to lead our technical testing initiatives across automation and performance testing domains. This role is pivotal in shaping and governing our enterprise testing frameworks, supporting complex testing needs, and driving innovation in test automation practices.

Your new role

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement modern testing strategies aligned with our QA vision and roadmap.

Responsibilities include

  1. Define and implement automation strategies across change initiatives and BAU, ensuring alignment with global standards and outsourcing goals.
  2. Demonstrate expertise in technical testing solutions including TOSCA, Selenium, and various API and performance testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, JMeter, LoadRunner, and NeoLoad.
  3. Lead testing teams in complex environments, providing mentorship and solving advanced testing challenges while promoting best practices.
  4. Manage testing tools, frameworks, processes, and licenses, and drive technology integration into delivery pipelines.
  5. Build strong stakeholder and vendor relationships, collaborate across change streams, and contribute to QA/test practice evolution through innovation and governance.

About you

To be successful, you will have:

  1. Proven experience in enterprise test automation and test management.
  2. Strong vendor engagement and management skills.
  3. Experience leveraging modern test automation tools with AI, machine learning, and Copilot capabilities to enable faster, smarter testing and higher quality outcomes.
  4. A track record of leading complex testing initiatives across enterprise environments.
  5. Ability to align testing strategies with business goals to improve quality and efficiency.
