Quality Assurance Engineer

The role of Quality Assurance (QA) Test Engineer is a vital advocate for quality culture and the primary catalyst for AI-augmented testing practices.

As a QA Test Engineer, you will be responsible for evaluating, piloting, and standardising AI tools, assistants, agent frameworks, and code-generation tools to improve test depth, speed, and reliability. You will develop test frameworks and work closely with engineers to implement best testing practices and ensure QA processes are robust and scalable.

We seek candidates with strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and experience testing in both B2B and B2C environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain reliable UI test automation using Playwright or a comparable tool.
  • Design, execute, and automate REST API tests using Postman collections, environment variables, pre-/post-request scripts.
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
  • Champion the adoption of AI-augmented QA engineering, including leveraging generative-AI tools, curating a prompt-engineering playbook, automating synthetic test-data generation, scouting AI QA tooling, and collaborating to refine requirements with AI assistants.
  • Apply expertise in IAM systems when validating authentication, authorization, and access workflows.
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage across both B2B and B2C use cases, tailoring test strategies accordingly.
  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide meaningful feedback.
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
  • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet company objectives.
  • Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements and monitor debugging results.
  • Investigate causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions.
