About the role

The Technical Business Analyst (Application)is responsible for analysing, supporting, and optimising business applications to ensure they meet user needs and support organisational goals. This hybrid role combines business analysis with hands-on application support.

• Provide support to Application team and business through performance of required analysis and summarise findings
• Identify and document the gaps, to determine the underlying business need, derive the value associated with moving from the current to future state
• Maintain documented requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure the proposed changes or business improvement is implemented
• Contribute to application-related projects, including upgrades, implementations, and integrations
• Provide day to day application support

• Tertiary Qualification in a business or technology related discipline
• Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering, writing testing plans and Business Process Management
• Demonstrated experience working in projects and knowledge of application lifecycle
• Experience with Project Management methodologies

All appointments are made subject to a satisfactory Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC), a Working With Children Check (WWCC), complete a Pre-Employment Declaration Form, evidence of legal rights to work in Australia, and evidence of vaccination.

Successful applicants will be required to provide evidence of immunisation assessment including Influenza within 12 weeks of commencement [B]. This is in accordance with the Victorian Minister of Health Mandatory Vaccination Orders and legislated requirement for influenza vaccination.
