About the Role:

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will:

• Create safe, nurturing, and inclusive environments

• Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning programs

• Observe and document developmental progress

• Build strong relationships with children and families

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

Essential Qualifications:

• Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)

• Valid Working With Children Check

• First Aid Certificate (incl. asthma and anaphylaxis training)

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Knowledge of child development and learning milestones

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Creative and reflective approach to curriculum planning

• Strong team player with adaptability and initiative

Bonus Points For:

• Familiarity with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

• Understanding of National Quality Standards and assessment

• Respect for diversity and inclusion in childcare settings

• Tech-savvy with confidence in documenting learning

• Previous experience in childcare or early learning roles
