About the Role
As Privacy Manager, you will be a key member of a respected and high-impact team. You'll work closely with senior leaders, SMEs, and stakeholders to drive proactive privacy risk management, embed privacy by design, and foster a culture of privacy awareness and zero breaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored privacy advice and support to senior leaders, people managers, and SMEs.
- Collaborate across all levels of the organisation to implement privacy practices and initiatives.
- Promote privacy awareness and build capability to support our privacy by design approach.
- Analyse complex business processes, technology, and data to identify privacy risks and opportunities.
- Investigate privacy issues and incidents, and develop practical strategies, plans, and reports.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with proven experience in privacy risk management.
- A proactive, organised, and tech-savvy approach to managing diverse tasks and priorities.
- The ability to build effective relationships and influence outcomes across the organisation.
- Excellent analytical and writing skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable advice.

Salary Grade 11/12, with the base salary for this role starting at $149,739 plus superannuation.
