Job Description
At Guzman y Gomez, we believe in authentic flavors and the power of food to bring people together. As a Cook at GYG, you will be at the heart of our mission to serve up the best Mexican food experience. Following the GYG recipe guide, your role will involve working with fresh ingredients and vibrant Mexican flavors, delivering quality creations for our guests.

We are looking for passionate food enthusiasts to take on the overnight shift at Hawthorn starting July 1, 2025, and to train new team members to work between 11:30 pm and 6:30 am. Training shifts will be conducted prior to opening 24/7.
