The Role

We are seeking a Head Coach (Retail Store Manager) to lead our first LSKD Perth store opening soon This role involves managing all aspects of store operations, growing community connections, coaching the team, and driving brand growth. The onboarding process begins three months prior to opening, providing full brand immersion and induction.

Pre-Opening Activities

  • Community Engagement: Create activation events and connect with local fitness partners and the community to build awareness and excitement.
  • Hiring and Induction: Collaborate with People and Culture for recruitment, select your team, and induct new team members into the LSKD culture.
  • Community Marketing: Organize pre-opening events and build relationships with local athletes and partners aligned with our values.

Leadership & Coaching

  • Build and lead a high-performing team that shares our values and educates the community about our products.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and daily mentoring.
  • Manage team training, meetings, and personal development goals.

Community Building

  • Create a local community hub within your store and develop engagement plans.
  • Design and host in-store events to connect with the community and enhance their experience.
  • Build relationships with local partners and encourage team involvement in community activities and fitness classes.

Store Operations

  • Manage store performance based on KPIs, analyze business metrics, and set strategic goals.
  • Oversee stock levels, visual merchandising, and safety policies to ensure smooth operations.
