What You'll Be Doing
  1. Active lead generation by encouraging customers to check their hearing health with a free 5-minute hearing assessment.
  2. Build rapport with new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones.
  3. Explain hearing test results and recommend next steps.
  4. Reconnect with previous customers or new leads via phone.
  5. Manage customer database, stock control, and invoicing.
  6. Ensure compliance with industry reporting requirements.
  7. Contribute to store targets and KPIs.
  8. Motivate and oversee a team of retail associates to deliver outstanding customer service.
  9. Participate in recruitment and training of new team members.
  10. Manage team through rostering, meetings, coaching, and supporting professional development.
What We Are Looking For
  1. Proven sales and profitability experience with a focus on customer service excellence.
  2. Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  3. Ability to analyze data and guide decision-making.
  4. Experience in customer service, sales, or administration.
  5. A self-starter with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  6. Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and late nights.
