We're searching for an experienced Store Manager to oversee the Burwood location, managing a large team and ensuring the store thrives in a dynamic, customer-first environment. Your New Role: As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for all aspects of store operations, from managing stock and rosters to driving sales and meeting targets. In this hands-on role, you'll lead by example, coaching and mentoring your team to excel in customer service, maximize sales, and maintain operational efficiency.

This opportunity is perfect for a manager who thrives on the shop floor, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, motivating and training your team while keeping the store running smoothly. Your operational expertise and attention to detail will be key to ensuring the store continues to grow

About You:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a store manager, with confidence in leading large teams of 15+ and understanding KPIs.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire and influence your team.
  • Passionate about health, wellness, and living an active lifestyle.
  • A proactive store manager who loves to be involved in all elements of the store, including stock management and retail operations.
  • Ability to build morale and foster a collaborative team environment through onboarding, training, and continuous development.
