Role Description

We're seeking a Solution Architect (CMS/MACH) for a contract/advisory engagement at MASS. This senior role is responsible for providing technical advisory and solution architecture expertise across business, technical, and application layers. You'll work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to shape and deliver strategic, innovative, and scalable digital platforms.

What you'll bring:

  • Deep experience with headless CMS platforms (Contentful preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of MACH / composable architecture principles
  • Ability to define target state architectures and integration approaches (CRM, DAM, search, APIs, multi-channel delivery)
  • Proven expertise in solution design & technical architecture for public-facing digital platforms
  • Experience working with government (State and/or Federal)
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Ability to work on-site in Richmond, Melbourne and/or hybrid

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Based in Australia (Victoria preferred)
  • Proven experience in Solution Architecture and Technical Architecture
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
