About The Role

As the principal, you will inspire with a clear vision, champion innovation, and uphold excellence in teaching and learning. You will foster inclusive practices and build strong, collaborative partnerships within the community, driving continuous improvement to create a thriving, supportive, and forward-thinking school environment for all students and staff.

Your Responsibilities

As the Principal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Upholding the principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
  • Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
  • Set high standards for student and staff performance.
  • Actively participate in life long learning and ongoing professional development.
