What will you be doing?

You will have the opportunity to learn the business by undertaking varied tasks and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams. You will be assisting clients with their trading needs across award-winning platforms. Duties may include:

  • Onboarding new clients, requesting and checking documents
  • Assist with client registrations, deposits, trading and withdrawals
  • Responsible for ensuring that new clients can trade independently on various platforms
  • Following up on client queries and issues
  • Maintain and grow client relationships

  • Understanding of local and foreign financial markets across a diverse range of asset classes would be advantageous

  • Independent worker and solution-driven
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural relationship developer
