The Payroll Agency | Payroll Specialist Recruiter - 0411310118

The Payroll Agency has partnered with a small business in the recruitment of their new Payroll Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a newly created role as they have created a new payroll department. Reporting into the wonderful HR Manager, this role of course works extremely close to the Finance Director too.

Day to day duties include:

  • End to end processing of payroll
  • All statutory deductions such as tax, super and third party payments
  • Complex environment with multiple enterprise agreements & awards
  • Creation and documentation of processes and procedures
  • System implementation
  • Ensuring compliance
  • Governance checks such as risk analysis

In order to be successful you must:

  • Have experience in payroll management in an end to end environment
  • Ability to commute into City fringe a few times a week
