Your typical day as an AO3 Information Management Support Officer may include:

  • Effectively managing and triaging large volumes of inbound and outbound digital and physical correspondence;
  • Creating files and accurately recording data in electronic databases;
  • Recording metadata for QRO physical records accurately;
  • Conducting regular stationery audits and managing/delivering stationery within QRO; and
  • Working collaboratively as a positive team member.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • A working knowledge of digital and data technology/systems;
  • The ability to analyze, interpret, and apply legislation and/or policy;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Experience in contributing positively towards team outcomes.
