Social Media Manager

About the role :

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will manage social media campaigns across multiple platforms, optimise paid media and creative assets, and ensure campaigns align with client goals. Responsibilities include performance optimisation, reporting on campaign success, and collaborating with internal teams to execute effective social media strategies for key brand and product campaigns.

Your day-to-day :

  1. Follow the team's unified product approach, including methodology, marketing materials, and training standards.
  2. Maintain a strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and technical requirements.
  3. Oversee your team's social media product delivery, including implementation, output quality, reporting, invoicing, and billing.
  4. Support and motivate junior team members such as Executives and Assistants.
  5. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and alignment with objectives.
  6. Contribute to pitches, proposals, case studies, and internal knowledge sharing.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with media, clients, third-party planners, and leadership.
  8. Demonstrate effective communication and self-awareness, leveraging team strengths and managing weaknesses constructively.

About you :

  1. Tertiary qualification with 3+ years of relevant media experience.
  2. Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.
  3. Client focus and drive for results.
  4. High work standards.
  5. Ability to problem solve and take initiative.
  6. Solid presentation skills.
  7. Accuracy and attention to detail.
  8. Ability to meet deadlines.
