We're looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our organic content strategy across platforms, building brand advocacy, engagement, and community. You'll bring creativity, data smarts, and a passion for storytelling to grow our channels and deliver measurable results.

What You'll Do

  • Own the organic social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other emerging social channels.
  • Plan and execute engaging content calendars aligned with brand and campaign goals.
  • Create and curate content (copy, imagery, video, UGC) that resonates with our audience.
  • Monitor channel performance and provide insights to optimise engagement and growth.
  • Partner with influencers, content creators and the marketing team to amplify reach.
  • Manage content approvals, scheduling, and community management.
  • Stay across social trends and adapt our approach to stay relevant and ahead.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.
  • Solid experience in social media management and content creation (agency or brand-side). Beauty or Wellness industry experience favourable.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling ability with a flair for brand voice.
  • Skilled in social tools and platforms (Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Canva, Klaviyo, Google Analytics).
  • Proven ability to grow communities and drive measurable engagement.
  • Data-driven, with strong reporting and optimisation skills.
  • Highly organised, creative and confident juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
