We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Business Services team. The role focuses on advisory services, working closely with SMEs, private family groups, and high-net-worth individuals across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and cultivate strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Lead strategic discussions and provide high-quality advisory services.
  • Oversee a team, offer guidance, mentorship, and review work.
  • Review complex financial statements, tax returns, and consolidations.
  • Advise on tax planning and structuring (Div 7A, CGT, FBT, GST, etc.).
  • Manage workflow, budgets, and deadlines for engagements.
  • Support business development and expand your professional network.
  • Drive process improvements and contribute innovative ideas.

Candidate Requirements:

  • CA/CPA qualification with proven public practice experience.
  • Strong technical skills in compliance and advisory.
  • A commercial mindset and genuine interest in clients' businesses.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Emerging leadership skills with mentoring ability.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Xero, and cloud accounting platforms.
