Overview

In the role of a Home Loan Business Banker, you will join the Home Lending Team that's focused on winning together.

Responsibilities
  • Grow the consumer lending book by identifying and meeting customer needs and maximising customer retention.
  • Identify customers' goals and aspirations through quality conversations and deepen relationships at every interaction.
  • Unlock new home lending opportunities within existing portfolios, work with aligned Bankers to generate referrals, and participate in local business generation and targeted marketing activities.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and service by accurate and timely processing of lending applications.
Qualifications
  • Drive and tenacity.
  • Experience and enjoyment of all aspects of financial analysis.
  • Demonstrated lending experience.
  • Passion for relationship management.
  • System knowledge – Siebel, OBP and EBL.
