About Our Client

WorkPac is seeking a Blast Crew member to join our client at a local open cut coal mine in the Mudgee Area.

What you will be doing

We are looking for Blast Crew Operator positions with a good attitude, mechanically minded, and a strong adherence to safety culture, policies, and procedures. You will work at a local mine site in the Mudgee Region on a 10.5-hour day shift lifestyle roster (5 / 4 4 / 5).

What you need

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or mining experience is beneficial; however, candidates with demonstrated manual labouring experience will also be considered.
  • Willing to obtain UHL through SafeWork NSW.
  • Willing to undertake a full Order 43 Medical.
  • Dangerous Goods Licence is preferable but not essential.
