Graduate Program: Blast Technical Services

A 2-year structured graduate program featuring:

  • Two 12-month rotations across operations;
  • Mentorship from industry experts;
  • Network with a global community of engineers and professionals;
  • Work on real-world engineering challenges that make a difference;
  • Land a full-time position after the program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rotate through various technical services teams to make a tangible impact on day-to-day operations;
  • Gain hands-on experience as part of a blast crew, providing product stewardship for electronic blasting systems and bulk explosive delivery systems;
  • Develop a deep understanding of blasting concepts and explosive product knowledge through formal in-class learning;
  • Contribute to project teams delivering explosive product implementations, blast performance & design optimisation, and innovative technology trials;
  • Travel to remote customer sites within the region to support operations and build strong customer relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Studying or have recently completed a degree in Mining, Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Geology, Earth Science related disciplines, Mechanical or other Engineering related degrees;
  • Graduation year: 2024 or 2025;
  • Degree level: Bachelor's, Postgraduate, or Master's.
