**Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following**:

- Perform scheduled drill servicing across our REICHDrill rigs
- Performing unscheduled repairs
- Prioritising workloads or unscheduled repairs when required
- Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical issues
- Supervising and/or coaching the activities of Trainee Fitters
- Maintaining and servicing light vehicles, support trucks and trailers
- Fulfilling all safety requirements and maintenance reporting needs.

**ESSENTIAL Skills and requirements include**:

- Trade Certificate (Mechanical)
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment
- Driver Licence (HR advantageous)
- High level of diagnostic skills and field service fault finding is highly regarded
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour

**DESIRABLE skills include**:

- Drill Maintenance Ability
- Previous Drill experience, but not mandatory
- Previous Mining experience, but not mandatory
- Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Demonstrate leadership skills
- Working at Heights
- EWP
