As Australia's first purpose-built hub for LGBTIQA+ communities, and the second largest Pride Centre in the world, the Victorian Pride Centre is a proven vibrant, inclusive and welcoming hub.

With fouryears of operation and a new Strategic Plan, the board is now seeking up to four new directors to join an outstanding team to deliver on our purpose "to connect, support and amplify LGTBIQA+ voices, resources, services and groups so that our communities are cohesive, resilient and thrive".

Are you an experienced board director who is passionate and committed to advancing equality and inclusion for LGBTIQA+ communities? Do you have previous experience in fundraising, sponsorship and philanthropy; programming and activation; human resources and organisational design; or NFP/public sector organisational leadership? We'd love to hear from you.

We are committed to ensuring that our board is representative of the diverse communities we serve and welcome applicants from all intersections.
