We're on the lookout for a hands-on Product Designer who thrives at the intersection of user empathy, clean design, and front end development. You'll play a key role in shaping unique experiences and join a world-class team of engineers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design and prototype user flows, screens, and components that are ready for engineers to integrate
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure designs are feasible and performant
- Help define and evolve the design system and product experience
- Contribute to product strategy and user experience decisions
What Makes You a Great Fit
- You design with the user in mind and work backwards from their needs
- You're comfortable balancing creative thinking with data-informed decisions
- You've shipped consumer-facing products and understand how to design for engagement, activation, and retention
- Ideally, you will have worked in a start-up environment or as the sole product designer
What makes you the perfect fit?
If you can do end to end product design, but you\'re also able to mock up components into React, build out screens and flows which will be handed over to developers.
This is a start-up opportunity with market leading salaries + equity on offer. The right candidate will be happy working on-site in Sydney.
