In this role, you'll :

Be part of a high-performing team of designers, reporting to the Senior Manager, Wayfinding, and supporting exciting new projects across the transport network.

You will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and documenting detailed assessments, design and implementation plans for signage and customer information across transport locations.

This includes preparing analysis and design documentation packages such as sign requests, message schedules, location plans, setouts, interface schedules, and removal schedules.

You will also assist in analysing site issues, developing design solutions, and managing external design contractors to deliver quality documentation that complies with TfNSW standards.

About you

Your proven experience in the Wayfinding design discipline, or similar, formed across design-led roles will see you lead projects from concept through to implementation, engaging diverse stakeholders and managing complex design requirements to lead to the delivery of intuitive, customer-centric wayfinding solutions.

You're recognised as a clear and effective communicator, skilled at translating complex design principles into accessible, real-world applications. You're experienced in stakeholder engagement, working to tight deadlines, and applying design thinking across disciplines such as information design, graphic design, urban design or alike.
