Raytheon Australia works closely with the Australian Defence Force as its trusted capability partner to deliver some of the most complex and ground-breaking engineering and technology projects in the country. Right now, we are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking bright and energised Program Officers to join our inspired Advanced Training and Test Environment (ATTE) team.
In this role, you will contribute to the success of our business through planning, coordinating and executing program support activities to ensure the programs are coordinated effectively, all contractual obligations are achieved, meeting or exceeding customer expectations, and striving to ensure the programs meet Raytheon's business goals.

The role- Responsible for providing designated administrative and coordination support and managing the day-to-day operations of the ATTE programs.
- Coordination and support of project meetings including the composition and distribution of agendas, minutes, and action items, the organisation of resources, and other ad hoc requirements
- Organise, review and coordinate project documentation within the data management systems.
- Coordinate and maintain activities and artefacts such as risk and opportunity workshops, review boards, reporting, and continuous process improvement activities.
- Preparation and management of project, management, and customer reports including review packs, estimates at completion packs, and weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports.
- 2 years relevant experience in a similar coordination / administration role within a project-driven, technology-oriented environment
- Proven ability to work in a high-tempo environment and complete work on time and with accuracy, coupled with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in tracking and managing documentation and project cost and scope management.
- High level interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks effectively, efficiently and simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products and an aptitude to learn and apply alternate software packages; ability to analyse and disseminate data in reports.
- Experience in a Defence related industry is desirable.
