Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Digital Product Designer to elevate our digital products at Drive, an iconic Australian brand with a monthly online audience of 3 million. The role focuses on rapid prototyping, user research, data insights, and AI integration. You will work under the Principal Product Designer, collaborating closely with a high-performing team. This position is based in South Melbourne.

Responsibilities:
  • Rapidly translate ideas into interactive prototypes for testing and iteration.
  • Conduct and analyze user research to uncover needs and pain points.
  • Use data analytics to inform design decisions and optimize user experiences.
  • Explore and implement AI integration into product workflows.
  • Create high-fidelity UI designs, design systems, and component libraries.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers for seamless product launches.
  • Support the creation of marketing and content design assets.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in digital product design with a strong portfolio.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe tools.
  • Problem-solving skills and passion for user-centric solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Familiarity with user research platforms and analytics tools.
  • Experience in rapid prototyping and data analytics.
  • Interest or experience in AI integration in design workflows.
