UI/UX Designer

Your Creative is an impact-led creative agency, and our digital team just won the 2025 Web Design of the Year. We're looking for an UI/UX designer to join our UX team and shape the next wave of creative digital experiences across web, apps, and experimental interfaces.

The Role

• You'll design high-fidelity UI for responsive websites, apps and digital platforms - balancing brand, usability and systems thinking.
• You'll be part of a collaborative digital team of UX strategies, designers and developers, where your perspective is valued. Together, you'll create designs that are functional, buildable, and inclusive
• You'll work closely with the UX strategists and the brand team, bringing digital experiences to life through art direction and creative exploration, expanding visual languages with your unique voice and vision.
• You'll also work closely with our UX strategists and brand team, applying art direction and extending existing visual languages across digital.

The role is creative and focused: you'll design digital spaces that break the mould, and ensure every button, margin and breakpoint feels considered.

Is this you?

• You like the challenge of taking a new brand and working out how it should behave online.
• You like to delve into research, justifying UX/UI decisions with a clever user-centric strategy.
• You naturally apply human-centred design thinking principles to concepts
• You're detail-obsessed - buttons, layouts, component set-ups, grids - and get satisfaction from making systems both aesthetically and structurally sound.
• You're comfortable in Figma, love a well-structured file, and you know when to use auto-layout and when not to.
• You enjoy working with others in a smallish team.

We think you'll bring:

• 4+ years' experience in digital product or interface design
• A portfolio of UI design that reflects attention to brand and detail
• A practical understanding of accessibility and UX principles
• A collaborative and curious mindset

Nice to have (but not essential):

• Experience in motion design within Figma prototyping
• Understanding of code and backend systems (CMS), or experience working closely with developers
