BGIS are seeking a Refrigeration/HVAC Team Leader responsible for leading a team of talented technicians performing daily Reactive & Preventative Maintenance activities for our aviation client.

HVAC Team Leader

Location: Sydney, NSW (Mascot)

BGIS are seeking a Refrigeration/HVAC Team Leader responsible for leading a team of talented technicians performing daily Reactive & Preventative Maintenance activities for our aviation client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day Refrigeration/HVAC operations supporting the Area Manager.
  • Perform maintenance, fault finding, and minor projects on HVAC/R assets.
  • Interpret HVAC schematics and use testing devices effectively.
  • Ensure service delivery meets contract standards and client expectations.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional work.
  • Supervise and mentor Apprentices and subcontractors.

Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role covering team leadership
  • Strong customer communication, relationship building & service delivery skills.
  • Knowledge of OHS & E policies and compliance.
  • Relevant trade license required.
  • Must be an Australian Citizen due to security clearance requirements.
