Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Claro Employee Services Pty Full time

Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop tailored human resource solutions, manage employee relations, and support talent development.

Who we are:

Our name may be new, but we're not. Collectively, we've been around for more than 30 years, with an established presence right across Australia as advocates of supported independent living, and a leading NDIS registered provider.

We've combined the best of what we had to become Claro – the leading disability services provider in Australia.

We put people at the centre of everything we do. Through individualised, local, community-based support we remove barriers, increase life choices, and empower people to have meaningful relationships and connections.

The Opportunity:

The purpose of this role is to provide sound advice and support to the operating division on a broad range of HR policies and practices. The P&C Advisor will work closely with key stakeholders, develop an understanding of the business drivers and respond with appropriate operational human resource solutions.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external bodies
  • Offer guidance on workplace relations, policies, remuneration, and conditions
  • Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution
  • Implement a collaborative approach to staff disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution
  • Coach and mentor managers on skill development and competency-building
  • Deliver timely HR metrics and support employee lifecycle processes
  • Promote a positive, inclusive workplace aligned with Claro's values

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in a HR business partnering role within a matrix environment
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation, and compliance
  • High organisational skills with attention to detail

Additional Requirements:

  • Current National Police Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Evidence of current work rights in Australia

What's in it for you:

  • Opportunity to work for a rapidly growing disability provider
  • Friendly team environment with a great community care spirit
  • Employee Assistance Program for staff and their families
  • Flexible work initiatives for real work-life-balance including a fortnightly rostered day off
  • Employee of the month
  • Shine Awards
  • WhereFit - Fitness perks and discounts
  • Novated vehicle leasing
