Kalgoorlie-Boulder Community High School (CHS) was opened in 2006 and offers secondary courses from Year 7 to 10. The school enrolment is over 900 students from diverse backgrounds, with a supportive pastoral care team and a focus on engaging teaching across a breadth of subjects and programs.

You will ideally be a conscientious, flexible and innovative teacher committed to the development of the whole student. Applicants should be able to teach secondary Mathematics and be knowledgeable of the Western Australian Curriculum. You will deliver a differentiated curriculum and strive for high-quality teaching and learning. Mobility appointments for permanent metropolitan and south west teachers: Eligible permanent teachers with substantive positions in the North or South Education Region or South West Education Region may elect to undertake this role as a 3-year mobility appointment, with a right of return. • Hold an eligible teacher qualification and registration.
• Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.

• Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before you start.
