The Role

We're looking for a Head of Sales who's as strategic as they are hands-on. This is a senior leadership role, reporting to the Founder, with ownership of our entire sales function — including field sales, state teams, national accounts, wholesale partners, and on- and off-premise growth as well as export opportunities.

You'll lead strategy and execution, building a high-performing sales team, securing major retail wins, and growing our presence in venues across the country. You'll also help shape Casa's channel mix, pricing strategy, promotional plans, and export potential.

Key Responsibilities

· Own and deliver Casa's national sales strategy across all channels

· Lead and mentor our state-based field sales team and national account managers

· Drive growth across retail (off-premise), on-premise venues, and wholesale partners

· Build strong relationships with major banners, independent retailers, and hospitality groups

· Oversee pricing, forecasting, trade spend, and promotional execution

· Identify new distribution opportunities, partnerships, and market channels (incl. export)

· Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Ops, and Finance to align on business goals

· Create a culture of accountability, ambition, and straight-talking success

What We're Looking For

· Proven experience leading high-performing sales teams in liquor, FMCG, or hospitality

· Deep understanding of both on- and off-premise sales in the Australian market

· Strong commercial acumen — you're not just about relationships, you know your margins

· Experience working with banner groups, wholesale networks, and major accounts

· Natural leader who can inspire, coach, and hold a team to high standards

· Sharp communicator with a bias for action and outcomes

· Strategic gun who can cut through the fluff and find the best way forward

· Comfortable in fast-paced, founder-led environments — no hand-holding required

· Strategic thinker who's not afraid to get in the trenches and sell
