We've secured flagship Australian federal and state grants including Accelerating Commercialisation, Boosting Female Founders, and multiple NSW MVP grants.e. We're now scaling delivery across multiple enterprise-grade deployments.

About the Role

This role is not for PMs, strategists, or middlemen . We are looking for a highly skilled, hands-on designer-frontend-developer hybrid — someone who can translate complex use cases into polished Figma prototypes and bring them to life in Flutter with precision and speed.

You'll work directly with the CEO and Architect , shaping user journeys from real-world customer feedback, iterating quickly, and owning execution all the way to live deployment. No handovers. No excessive documentation. Just product velocity.

Who This Is For

You've got strong opinions, loosely held. You can back your thinking, explain it clearly, and bring stakeholders along for the ride. You've shipped real apps in Flutter, designed production-grade UX in Figma, and you move faster than traditional teams with double the headcount. You don't need a PM to tell you what to build, just a conversation with the CEO, Architect and feedback from real users.

Key Responsibilities

Figma & UX Design:

• Rapidly translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, and mockups
• Collaborate with the CEO and Architect on UX strategy, but drive execution end-to-end

Flutter Front-End Development:

• Own UI implementation from Figma to functional Flutter code
• Integrate with backend APIs and ensure smooth device responsiveness

End-to-End Ownership:

• Build, test, test, (and test) iterate, and ship features rapidly
• Handle QA and UAT with autonomy and care
• Be the bridge between user feedback, design decisions, and code delivery

Must-Have Skills

• Expert-level Figma prototyping and UI/UX design – intuitive, elegant, and practical – we already have a well-established design library but want YOUR AWESOME design skills to make it sparkle even more
• Super skilled Flutter development experience – with real, shipped apps in production
• Autonomous but not siloed – you take initiative, make progress without hand-holding, but know when to raise flags, clarify scope, and keep others in the loop with our closely knit team of hardware, cloud, and firmware engineers – this is an end-to-end platform so all the cogs in the machine need to stay in sync
• Excellent communicator – sharp, async-friendly, and proactive in driving clarity
• Proven portfolio of real-world products – not just ideas, mockups, or clones

Bonus Points

• Experience with BLE, smart hardware, or IoT integrations
• Understanding of proptech, mobility, or smart city infrastructure
• You've worked closely with founders or in 0→1 product environments
• Some experience with backend integration (e.g., REST/GraphQL APIs, Node.js, or Python)

Comfortable working across the stack when needed (though this is a frontend-focused role)
