Nursery Production Specialist

Our commercial nursery is seeking a reliable and efficient worker to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where multitasking and attention to detail are key.
The ideal candidate will be able to complete fine handwork, including sticking, gapping, seed sowing, and deflasking. They will also be responsible for cleaning and grading of plants, filling soil into pots, and cleaning equipment.
In addition to these tasks, the successful candidate will assist in seedling production, ensuring all tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner. They will also operate machinery and equipment as needed, demonstrating strong mechanical aptitude.
The role requires strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
