With a growing team and an exciting line-up of projects coming up, we are looking for a Finance Business Partner - Corporate to join the MPA team.

Your role

As the Finance Business Partner – Corporate, you will partner with various business functions to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes. You will work closely with these business functions to understand their financial needs, and support decision making and strategic business planning.

Using your knowledge and experience developed during your management accounting career, you will analyse financial reports to generate insights and regular updates for key stakeholders. You will support year-end and month-end activities, ensuring accurate and timely management reports, and manage monthly and annual payroll compliance including PAYG, superannuation, and Payroll tax.

Acting as a bridge between allocated business functions, you will work with key stakeholders to continuously improve financial processes and systems. Your role will work closely with the Finance Business Partner – Construction to align analysis, insight, and reporting for the business.

About you

As a qualified CA or CPA, you have strong technical skills with demonstrated experience in management accounting, ideally in the construction sector. With your superior analytical skills, you can effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders by tailoring your communication style to ensure clarity and understanding across diverse audiences. You approach your role with professionalism and a strong desire to learn and grow.

Your proactive nature means you address challenges before they escalate, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement. Backs by over 5 years of management accounting experience, you combine technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills, making you a confident, inquisitive, and collaborative finance partner who thrives in a dynamic team environment.
