About The Role

The Finance Administrator will assist the Finance Team with various tasks on a part-time basis, requiring a commitment of two days per week. The role will involve rotating through several functions within the finance department to support its operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team with various finance tasks.
  • Assist with maintaining finance systems.
  • Perform general administrative duties related to finance
  • Assisting the CFO and Finance Manager with ad hoc tasks when required.

Prerequisite Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
  • Ability to effectively manage time
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Have a positive attitude with the ability to work as part of a close-knit team as well as autonomously
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Demonstrated experience with accounts payable/ Accounts receivable function.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • All training will be provided on the job
