How You Can Make a Difference

Are you passionate about making an impact? Do you excel at building relationships and driving fundraising success? We are seeking a dedicated Community Fundraising Coordinator to support Australians in leading healthier lives.

In this role, you will spearhead our community fundraising initiatives, working closely with individuals, community groups, and workplaces to meet and surpass fundraising goals. Your focus will be on nurturing supporter relationships, identifying new opportunities, and providing exceptional donor experiences.

You will have the flexibility to work remotely and from our East Coast offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, or Canberra.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with community fundraisers across Australia.
  • Increase income through supporter acquisition, retention, and growth.
  • Manage multi-channel communications including phone, email, SMS, video, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with fundraising regulations.
  • Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns.
What You'll Bring
  • Experience in relationship management, account management, or income generation roles.
  • Experience in community or corporate fundraising is highly regarded.
  • Confident and friendly communication skills, comfortable with initiating and receiving calls.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Raiser's Edge / NXT preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A genuine passion for supporting supporters and their communities.
