Ideagen is seeking a proactive Account Manager to nurture and grow relationships within our digital sales team. You will be responsible for owning the customer journey—driving retention, expansion, and success—while collaborating across teams to deliver value through our SaaS solutions. If you are passionate about strategic partnerships and supporting SMEs, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and expand relationships with mid-market clients, focusing on retention and revenue growth.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, including onboarding, upselling, and renewals.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility using Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Provide tailored SaaS solutions through a consultative, data-driven approach.
  • Identify growth opportunities and structure deals that deliver real value.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to ensure client success with Ideagen's products.
  • Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to enhance engagement and adoption.
Skills and Experience:
  • Experience leading high-performing account management or customer success teams in B2B SaaS.
  • Understanding of pricing strategies and renewal mechanics.
  • Proven success in upselling strategic services.
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders confidently.
  • Data-driven, commercially minded, and capable of navigating complex situations.
